About Us

The venture into investing in real estate started in 1991 with the purchase of our first home. Later the Mayor Sharpe James of Newark, NJ asked the residents to invest in the city. We started attending city auctions. The first auction was an exciting time; however, we did not win any bids. The next auction we attended was successful. Fortunately for us, we had enough skills to do our own renovations. We have decided to help others accomplish their dreams.
